Description
* Lead full project lifecycle from concept, design, and planning through construction, handover, and pre-opening
* Oversee financial feasibility, investment analysis, and commercial contract negotiations
* Manage design development with consultants, ensuring compliance with regulations and project goals
* Supervise construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met
* Maintain contract administration, cost control, and implement value engineering strategies
* Develop and track project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
* Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with authorities and key stakeholders
* Report on project performance, maintain documentation, and support policy and process development

Requirements:
* Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)* Has 8+ years of experience delivering full lifecycle commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
* Strong expertise in design management, construction oversight, and commercial project delivery
* Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in the UAE
* Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and development approval processes
* Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial analysis
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
* PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
