Job Description
- Assist the development team in day to day tasks and specific activities in the development process of potential projects
- Support the team in preparing presentations and documents for potential projects and internal meetings
- Collate, update and analyse market information and trends
- Help in the preparation of internal validation documents
- Supports in the preparation of business plans and financial analysis of potential projects
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Team player
- Open-minded and problem solving mind-set
- Creative approach to tasks
- Strong interest in hotel finance, strategy and development
- GPA above 3.5
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Above average command of the English language
