JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are working with a leading Developer to recruit an experienced Development Manager to work across a range of large-scale mixed-use projects in Dubai.
The company has a significant pipeline of projects and we are looking to appoint a Development Manager with direct experience in large-scale project development in the UAE market specifically.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in Real Estate Development/Construction with direct experience in the Middle East
- Demonstrated experience as a Development Manager on large-scale mixed-use projects
- Degree educated in Engineering/Architecture
