JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client a leading developer in the UAE has an urgent requirement for Development Manager with a strong background in Architecture and Project Management.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following tasks:
- Project management
- Site reviews
- Feasibility studies
- Design review
- Authority liaison
REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply who fulfil the following requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or similar qualification.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years experience with some exposure to the UAE market.
- Ideally have worked for a developer, with additional experience with contractors, cost consultants and architectural practices.
