Position Title: Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
• Manage all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development
• Manage the development cycle of software products
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or any related field; master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience and 3 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams
• Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
