JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is looking for an exceptional Account Director with digital marketing and eCRM experience
As an Account Director, you will own the relationship for a number of clients, as the voice of the client within the agency and similarly, representing the agency with your client. You will lead client strategic direction across email, web, mobile and social channels. Working with our consultants, operations teams, data scientists, clients and client agencies you will be pivotal to helping our clients exceed their business objectives, through the use of customer intelligence, multi-channel best practice, expertise and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
You should have experience in digital marketing, across a number of channel disciplines and a deep understanding of web and customer journey optimisation. You will be able to apply your smart thinking and data insights to developing and optimising CRM campaigns including lifecycle programmes, strategic planning, testing strategies, journey creations, post web click journeys, creative and content advice across a number of client industries.
- Minimum 8 years experience within adigital agency with a strong focus on eCRM.
- Must have regional experience too.
