We are seeking an experienced Digital Application Sales Engineer for the Segment Commercial Building to join our team in Dubai.

As a Digital Application Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative digital solutions within the commercial building sector. You will focus on leveraging technology to enable energy transition and sustainability, helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint and optimize their operations.
Incumbent will bring with them extensive technical sales experience, possess keen business acumen and customer centricity.

What you’ll do:

Sales and Business Development:
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities within the commercial building market, targeting key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our digital solutions, emphasizing their benefits in energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational optimization.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Technical Expertise:
• Develop a deep understanding of our digital solutions and their applications within the commercial building sector.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to energy efficiency and sustainability.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Solution Consulting, Technical Sales or Product Management with different business models including Subscriptions, Outcomes-based and gain-share models within within the commercial building or technology industry - energy transition and/or Net 0 solutions.
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) or energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to energy efficiency.
• Certification in energy management or sustainability would be a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage
