Employment: Contract

Role Title: Digital Business Analyst
Department: Entertainment Industry
Project Duration: 12 Months (with a possibility of Full Time Employment)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business analyst. Excellent experience within retail, online ecommerce, F&B industries in B2C solutions. Should be well versed with documentations and have excellent communication skills.

Role Purpose:
As a business analyst for the Entertainment Industry, the role is responsible for constantly engaging with business stake holders to identify innovations and digital enhancement opportunities that are translated into well-articulated, actionable solutions. BA will be instrumental in creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests through cutting-edge technology. The role would be reporting into the Senior Project Manager.

Definition of Success:
- Quality of documentation and business need gathering that lead to minimal change requests.
- Stakeholder feedback with a 90% approval rating.
- Measurable user adoption of solutions and products.
- AED 2Mn + of measurable business enhancements / year.
- Less than 5% scope deviation in projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst working on B2C solutions within retail, entertainment or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of digital / IT technologies, including infrastructure, cloud, mobile apps and e-commerce
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required. Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Integrity, judgement, and professionalism.
