Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate (Min. 3 Years UAE Experience ONLY) to lead and execute the digital marketing initiatives for our brand in the Fashion, Home Décor, and Furniture industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, paid media campaign management, creative optimization, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Fashion, Home Décor, and Furniture industries.
• Align digital campaigns with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Identify new opportunities and platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Paid Media Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others as relevant.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.

Graphics Creation and Optimization
• Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives and visuals tailored to the target audience.
• Ensure that all graphics are optimized for platform requirements and performance.

Analytics and Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platform analytics) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Audience and Market Research
• Conduct in-depth research to understand audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities in the UAE region.
• Utilize findings to refine targeting strategies and campaign objectives.

Budget Management
• Allocate and manage budgets effectively across multiple platforms to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Track spending and make adjustments based on performance metrics.

Compliance and Best Practices
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Other Responsibilities
• Oversee SEO and content strategies to complement paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE market, preferably in Fashion, Home Décor, or Furniture industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and platform-specific insights tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
