JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and deliver Digital activity through the following media
• Website (Maintenance & Updating)
• Banner ads, Image ads, Text Ads, etc
• Mobile ads
• Update and maintain ENG website, and FRC website in particular
• To implement a PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates
• To work together with other departments and divisions within the organization and improve standards and efficiency of Digital Communications
• SMS Marketing
• Social Business Analytics / Web Analytics
• Online Marketing : online directories, Blogs, Forums
• 2Online Advertisement : Google Adwords, Facebook Advt, etc
Data base:
• Manage existing database and monitor Website Traffic , Analyzing Trends
• Create new database based on customer enquiries, bookings, etc. for the purpose of reaching them during online/mobile campaigns
Handling Social Media:
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Face book, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In & Google Plus and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring to the Marketing Manager to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
Reservations:
• On daily basis downloading of all internet bookings, sorting branch wise & verification of the bookings, entering customer data in to spread sheets.
• Forwarding all confirmed bookings to assigned branch.
• Remind each branch of their confirmed bookings
• Follow up with Branches to confirm that each booking was utilized
• Create monthly reservation reports forward it to sales manger & Marketing manager.
• Manage rental rates against capacity (available fleet) and demand
• Coordinate & Assist RSA’S whenever required
Enquiries:
• Forward all enquiries, complaints and comments to assigned department
• Follow up the status of the enquiries.
• Create fortnightly reservation reports forward it to National Sales manger & Marketing manager.
Feedback Forms:
• Sending out Feedback forms to all the clients after they return their vehicles
• Forward Complaints or unsatisfied customers comments to CS dept.
• Follow up on action taken.
Online Rates:
• Manage rental rates against capacity (available fleet) and demand. Should be cable of understanding the demand and change the rates according to the demand as and when needed.
• Compare online rates from different websites on regular basis.
• Competitive Analysis in terms of rates, advertisements, campaigns, etc, and prepare/submit the relevant reports to the management
International Reservation’s:
• Handle all international reservations through Car Trawler
• In addition to Fast Rent a Car’s website, he/she should also be responsible for all other bookings that FRC receive from online brokers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum two years of experience in marketing environment (preferably using digital media) / brand development
• Graduated in any discipline ( Marketing, Business administration, Sales )
• Age must be above 25 years Old
