JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Launched in 2006, Elysian Real Estate are an established and recognised brand within the real estate industry.
With offices on the Palm and a new state of the art office opening this summer, we are looking to hire an experienced digital marketing manager to lead the existing marketing team. The chosen candidate will have experience within digital marketing in both the secondary and primary property markets.
The job role will include:
- Manage the content that the business posts to social media.
- Ensuring all posts are in line with the brand image.
- Developing digital marketing strategies
- Running paid campaigns on social media platforms.
- Developing ideas to increase website engagement.
- The ability to direct and manage a team.
- Carry out all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and social media advertising campaigns.
- Continuing to plan and deliver social media concepts to increase both lead generation and engagement on platforms.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies implemented.
- Identify trends and insights and using this insight to plan where to best spend marketing budgets.
- Remaining up to date on market insights and trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing ideally within real estate.
- The ability to demonstrate previous results of managing SEO/SEM.
- Demonstrable experience in social media marketing campaigns.
- Experience in building landing pages.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe.
- Knowledgeable in Web design principles.
- Excellent proficiency of the English Language, both written and spoken.
