Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns for a real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and the ability to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email) to promote real estate properties and services.
• Develop lead generation strategies, driving qualified leads through online channels and converting them into sales.
• Optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with lead nurturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, social media) to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
• Track and report key performance metrics (lead volume, quality, conversion rates) to senior management.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Build partnerships with developers and influencers to enhance brand credibility.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
