JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The purpose of this position is to deliver the online shop operational requirements, and for optimisation of sales fulfilment. The role holder will be managing external partners and internal stakeholders to meet the SLAs / service KPIs and delight du shop customers.
Manage stock & inventory
- Stock monitoring, orders, transfers
- POs / SOs monitoring and follow up
- Collateral monitoring and ordering
- Payments tracking and follow up
Coordinate with partners/suppliers on operational tasks
- On-going compliance management
- Delivery coordination
- Activations supervision and optimization
Manage of customer escalations and take proactive and corrective actions to improve sales fulfillment execution, including operational coordination with other stakeholders in the organization
Create and maintain the SLAs dashboard and use it to monitor the performance of the channel
Generate weekly/monthly reporting relates to sales fulfillment KPI's
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail / Logistics / Fulfillment / Operations role in Telecom / IT&C
