JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Digital Technology Manager is responsible for taking the current Digital Initiatives Project across the company portfolio from execution through to operations management. Commencing with site execution, the role will work closely with Project Management before transitioning into an ongoing role within Operations.
Supporting and enabling the business verticals into a digital platform, by defining the business KPI’s and introduce the digital roadmap by switching day to day operations to digital, and switching the business to a data-driven organization.

They will also:
• Measure new efficiencies and ROI.
• Manage the existing digital initiative project
• Develop and administer the digital project portfolio
• Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities
• Create visibility to help the organization and the departments head to achieve their objectives
• Responsibility for actual deployment of digital solutions.
• Replacing manual processes with technology to drive both cost savings and revenue generation
• Execution and integration of all works that comprise the Digital Initiatives Project across AMC & Galleria
• Liaising with Operations, Project Management, Marketing & IT Teams to ensure stakeholder engagement in the Digital Initiatives Project across the company
• Provide technical advice to Operations and Project Management teams related to all elements of the Digital Initiatives Project

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical knowledge of Digital Screens, Content Management Systems, Way-finding Systems, Cloud based enterprise software, Wi-Fi and Customer Relationship Management Systems. Experience working on large construction.
• You must have expertise in the following
• Databases
• Networking
• Integration systems
• Smart systems platform
• Cisco’s products
• ERP
• CRM
• Analytics platforms
• Augmented Reality
• Virtual DC
• PLC
• 10+ years’ experience in smart systems implementation
• Digital project management experience
• Excellent understanding of Integration solutions
• Excellent understanding of Finance and customer relation systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or related field
