- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to assess needs and identify opportunities to streamline and automate key business processes.
- Develop a clear understanding of the company's operational goals and lead efforts to design and implement technology solutions that drive process efficiency.
- Scout and evaluate emerging technologies and potential vendors to support the company's automation goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Draft and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), focusing on securing technology partners that meet detailed business and technical specifications.
- Direct the vendor selection process, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify the best fit and negotiate contracts, ensuring that agreements meet company requirements.
- Drive the successful deployment of technology solutions, coordinating across departments to ensure timelines and budgets are met, while mitigating any project risks.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed terms, and support seamless system updates and troubleshooting.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, advising on refinements to support evolving business needs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Report on project progress and performance to senior management, maintaining open communication with various departments to ensure alignment.
