- Due to expansion of operations, we're currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Director eCommerce Distribution.
- This is a senior role managing a workforce within eCommerce Distribution under Procurement & Contracts Department with a focus on establishing and managing an agile delivery of non-contact based sales of all products for Etisalat generated through online portals and call centers.
- This is a high impact, high visibility role charged with delivering on Etisalat e-commerce business Strategy. We are looking for a leader, passionate about building best in-class customer experiences, re-engineering current fleet and inventory solutions with delivery of high volume of e-Commerce business.
Highlights of duties & responsibilities include :
- Direct the formulation of strategy to establish a fully functional e-commerce distribution business and prepare annual business plan and budget in line with Company objectives.
- Execute the adopted and approved strategy within the e-Commerce business continuum.
- Review the current fleet operations and inventory management within fleet and overhaul the independent processes to integrate to a single business proposition.
- Develop a lean and efficient automated distribution system within Etisalat to cater to all online and call center sales for any type of payment modes and delivery time on all orders .
- Enhance fleet operations, including brand reputation, cost optimization and risk reduction.
- Establish a state of the art inventory management system linked to online and other sales for which the fleet shall be responsible for distribution with an eye on cost optimization and achieving delivery orders within quick time frame.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally you would be a graduate in Business Administration, or related discipline, with 8 - 10 years experience in a large scale distribution environment.
- Working experience of e-Commerce Delivery solutions is essential.
- English fluency is critical, applicants with knowledge of other local languages will be given an added advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Computer knowledge in terms of delivery solutions.
- Ability to manage in sourced and outsourced resource teams.
- Proven experience of dealing with partners and distributors.
