JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded 5 star hotel in Dubai who is looking to hire a Director of Front Office Operations to oversee all front office departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is truly focused on guest satisfaction and has great leadership skills to motivate their team.

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee all front office departments whilst managing a diverse team of 100 staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have preferably worked in Europe, Dubai and other areas of the Middle East. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a luxury 5 star hotel ideally in pre-opening and have held a senior front office management position for at least 3 years'. You should also have experience in managing a team. As the role is based in Dubai, our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaker who has worked in Dubai performing a similar role.
