JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client, a large Architectural and Engineering Consultants requires a Director of Construction. This is a pivotal role for the practice and will include contract management, Practice Fee, Invoicing Schedules and post contract activities of all projects and site based staff while continuing to actively manage across all the projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
It require 20 + years' experience at this level with some years within a Engineering Consultancy NOT from a Contractors, you will need a proven track record in handing large/ mega building projects at Director level. Together with a Civil Engineering Degree from reputable university with local UAE / Middle East experience. Please apply if you meet this criteria
