* Assist in developing the innovation strategy and promoting it across the group as well as ensuring that it is reflected in the digital portfolio of work

REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in a senior management role in Digital Transformation or equivalent position in a global environment.
* Experience leading an agile team and delivering new digital customer experiences and channels.
* Solid knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the company's key business goals.
* An entrepreneurial mindset; experience in funded FinTech start-up or similar
* Must have experience in building digital product roadmaps
* Strong technical understanding
