JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Director of Fire and Life Safety Consultancy to be based in Dubai, UAE. The role entails the development and directorship of client's fire and life safety consultancy division.
The job shall entail the following duties:
- Lead and direct the growth of client's fire and life safety consultancy services in the GCC
- Develop business plans and strategies for entering new markets
- Managing and directing the delivery of multiple fire and life safety consultancy projects to an exceptional quality level
- Resource management and recruitment in order to build and inspire a team to deliver projects to the highest level.
- Business management and business development activities
- Financial responsibility of the division to ensure profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputed university
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in fire and life safety consultancy
- Track record for delivery in the GCC
- Recognised leader in their field
- Experience in business development and resource management activities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
