Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations – Restaurant Division to oversee end-to-end operations across all restaurant outlets. This role is accountable for P&L management, service excellence, manpower planning, SOP implementation, and overall business performance. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, brand consistency, and exceptional customer experience.
Key focus areas
- Oversee outlet performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Implement and monitor SOPs and brand standards across all locations
- Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization in coordination with HR
- Collaborate closely with Purchase, F&B Control, and Finance teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with audits and quality standards
Salary package: Full package AED 25,000 - 30,000
