Position Title: Director of Revenue

Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:
A 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in revenue management and hospitality.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the pricing and inventory management of hotel rooms and other revenue-generating areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• UAE experience is a must, especially in Dubai.
• Strong individual characteristics to work alone and manage the reservations team.
• Experience in creating a business plan, strategy, and execution.
