JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Director of Sales up to 20k AED for a Luxury Golf Club in Dubai
• Responsible to lead, motivate and manage the Sales & Events team, supervise their activities and coordinate with other departments
• Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your team’s overall performance against quotas
• Identify opportunities in the market to drive banquet revenues
• Implement solutions to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction
• Provide necessary training and awareness to the employees engaged with the follow-up activities
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Develop, or participate with Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan
• Increase sales by creating new options, innovative advertising ideas, understand/create sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales
• Conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Director of Sales
Salary: up to 20,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus medical and life insurance, flight and education allowance (max of 2 children) and other company benefits

Candidate Profile:
• Open to European and Lebanese candidates
• Male, 38 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in sales; 4 years in managerial role preferably in hospitality industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership and negotiation skills
• Knowledge and experience of organizing and selling (banqueting) events and conferences
• Knowledgeable in Information Security Policies
• Excellent written and oral English
