As the Director of Strategy & Futures, you will play a critical role in leading a newly transformed vertical, overseeing the entire spectrum of strategy design and implementation as well as future foresight.

Description
* Liaise with senior executive leadership as well as engage with internal and external stakeholders across the government ecosystem to define long term sectoral and organisation strategy.
* Oversee the development of a policy evaluation framework that supports the design of key public policies, linking it with the long term strategic initiatives and helping drive innovation and implementation.
* Periodically monitor and review existing strategic plans, and keep abreast of latest trends, both regionally and internationally, in order to incorporate them into the entity's long term vision.
* Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.

REQUIREMENTS
* Must have an undergraduate degree from a top - tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, public policy, or engineering.
* An MBA or relevant master's degree is highly preferred.
* Must have strategy/management consulting experience from a globally recognised consulting firm.
* Must have strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long- lasting client relationships.
* Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team, while leading a diverse and multicultural team.
* Must be a UAE National.
