JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to develop and lead the execution as well as monitoring of TSRM strategy while ensuring the delivery and co-ordination of the security strategy planning activities including the policies and procedures & compliance. To direct the technical planning and co-ordination of the Disaster Recovery activities and related projects, across Telecoms Systems Domains, including the Business systems. To lead & manage technical delivery and co-ordination of the Risk Management activities and cross-domain Risk Management projects, across multiple Telecoms Systems and other Technology Domains, Also responsible for the Quality Assurance and governance of the security groups’ activities, including auditing, assessments and penetration testing.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum experience:

• Minimum 11 years of experience in Security Strategy Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning and Risk assessments in a Telecom (PSTN and GSM + Video and IT) start-up environment along with Quality assurance experience. Extensive experience of managing the process of measuring, and assessing risk and then developing strategies to manage the risk. Experience of corporate governance procedures such as Sarbanes Oxley, Basel II, CoBIT etc.

Minimum education:

• Minimum Bacheler degree in information security, computer, telecommunication engineer or equivalent, with preferable business Master’s degree.
• Job related certificate, professional Qualification or equivalent preferred
• Good command of English language (written and spoken)
• Computer literate
