* Lead on complex project engagements and take full ownership of operational delivery, drawing on the expertise of the multi-disciplinary team at your disposal
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and in budget
* Establish the client as a market leader by securing new business opportunities, leveraging your network and effectively communicating the company's value proposition
* Lead business development activities to identify new opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through excellence of delivery
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, actively contribute to the management team and take the lead on strategic initiative
