Job Overview

The Division Manager is responsible for the in country co-ordination and implementation of the divisional business plan across customer segments within Food & Beverage. They will have full P+L responsibility for the F&B MENA region

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assessment of development needs within F&B in the country
• Participate in selection of high quality direct reports and coordinate internal training.
• Lead the local implementation of divisional standards (e.g. Good Sales and Service Practices GSSP, Professional Sales Skills PSS) as well as companywide, structures, policies, and procedures, BPCM, Corporate Identity, and Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation and consolidation of local F&B plan package and execute quarterly planning reviews to forward to the sales organisation.
• Ensure net sales growth and New Customer acquisitions. Use the specific elements of customer analysis, planning, time management and documentation
• Plan, monitor and take actions regarding sales, contribution and OPEX as well as field activities in own area of responsibility.
• Monitor and report markets in own sales district (customer needs, competitors, prices)
• Lead and coordinate actions with cross segment customers and accounts and maintain relationships.
• Establish and encourage team to find new ways of doing business and increase sales in coordination with supervisor.
