Shape the foundation of our real estate division. Lead the way in creating a thriving property management and sales department.
Position Overview:
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for building the real estate department from the ground up. This includes developing systems, processes, and a team to handle property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and management. This role requires a self-starter who can establish a high-performing department while driving business growth in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
Department Setup & Strategy:
• Develop the structure, processes, and policies for the real estate department.
• Create a comprehensive business plan for property acquisitions, sales, and leasing activities.
• Identify and implement the tools, software, and resources needed to run an efficient department.
Property Management & Transactions:
• Oversee the identification, acquisition, renovation (in coordination with external contractors), and sale of properties.
• Manage leasing operations, ensuring contracts are clear and compliant with regulations.
• Develop and maintain a property portfolio to meet business objectives.
Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
• Use data to recommend areas of focus, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Team Recruitment & Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents and coordinators as the department grows.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team is motivated to achieve targets.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to align property sales efforts with broader company goals.
• Collaborate with the interior design and branding teams to enhance the value and appeal of properties.
Client Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure all property transactions and department activities comply with local laws and regulations.
• Develop and present regular reports on department performance, market trends, and financial outcomes to leadership.
Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and property management best practices.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close property deals.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess data and identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate management or similar roles, with a focus on establishing or scaling operations.
• Strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools is preferred.
