JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Divisional Director - Manned Security Services you will give strategic guidance and direction to the management team to ensure that financial and operational targets and objectives are achieved. Key focus will be to develop business and growth strategies for the Business unit and oversee their implementation to achieve the overall business financial objectives.

• To define the commercial strategy, and implement a process that will achieve customer service excellence and annual financial targets
• Deliver the optimum operational solution for all current and future components of the Manned Guarding Business in UAE
• Ensure that annual budget plan and annual business plans are prepared on time in accordance with G4S Guidelines. To ensure that the organization attain its objectives as cost – effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Develop business strategies and identify new customers, markets and services.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to the MSS business managers, to keep them aware of developments within the Company and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the organization’s mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
• Implement systems for reviewing all operating costs to ensure they are in line with forecasted revenue
• Devise and implement the most impactful structure for the delivery of operational excellence
• Deploy a continuous improvement methodology in the operational business to deliver measurable results
• Prepare, gain acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure targets are met, that revenue flows are maximized and that fixed costs are minimized.
• Champion a safety culture and actively contributes to the development of key policies or guidelines where appropriate
• Establish and maintain formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, key decision makers to exchange information and views and to ensure that the division is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
• Prepare, gain acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure targets are met, that revenue flows are maximized and that fixed costs are minimized.
• Develop and maintain total quality management system to ensure that the best services are provided to the clients.
• Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures that the Company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree from a recognized institution
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a Executive management position in the UAE
• A demonstrated ability to meet business targets
• A flexible individual with the ability to adjust to shifting deadlines and priorities
• Strong influencing skills
