JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Logging in the computer all the information pertaining to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Keeping a thorough check of all site documents.
Checking all documents before it goes out of the office.
Checking the drawings, outgoing drawings and marking the revisions.
Filing as per Index list in a proper manner.
Ensuring the procedures of the document control.
Procurement and distribution of office stationery.
Assist Secretaries to implement the document control procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years relevant work experience.
Adept in using ACONEX and other electronic document management systems.
Preferably, with at least 2 years relevant experience in Middle East.
Preferably, can read and write in Arabic.
