Document Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Oversee document creation, review, and distribution, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking revisions and updates to project documentation.
• Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external parties, facilitating the timely exchange of information and documents to support project objective for timely information exchange.
• Establish and maintain organized document repositories, ensuring easy access to project records for internal reference, reporting, and external audits.

Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An internationally leading power project contractor specializing in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, and other sectors, with presence globally

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• At least 3 years of UAE relevant experience from oil & gas or power & energy companies
• Experienced in document control operation on large projects
• Experienced in data entry, typing, and organizing files (both hard copy and soft copy)
• Familiar with Microsoft Offices
