Document Controller / Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Classify files depending on their content, purpose and user criteria
- Maintain a record of the incoming and outgoing files in the company and store them using suitable and appropriate reference codes
- Maintain index records of the location of the files in electronic format for easy access
- Update file records and create new records if necessary
- Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users
- Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines and sorting documents
- Dispatch documents to concerned person and ensure receiving them
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding reports, calendar, BOQ etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years experience as a document controller
- Some experience in sales
- University Degree
- Knowledge in e-connects and ORION will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills - Oral and written
- Systematic and organized
- Available to start immediately
