JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Draftsman
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading maintenance service providers in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create 2D and 3D plans for architectural, joinery, and interior design projects, with detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-outs.
• Develop freehand section details for on-site personnel.
• Generate comprehensive material lists for projects.
• Oversee the execution of interior works in accordance with design specifications.
• Produce shop drawings, plans, and as-built drawings that align with site conditions and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Requirements:
Qualifications• Open to any Asian national
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Draftsman
• Demonstrated competence in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modelling, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in overseeing design aspects of assigned Fit Out projects, involving interaction with clients and various departments.
