JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Draughtsman whose tasks are (but not limited to):
• Experience in buildings/villa projects
• Having a good technical ability in preparation of both ARCHITECTURAL and STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS
• Good experience in AutoCAD and other softwares will be considered as advantage
• To be able to read hand sketches from senior staff and reproduce to scale and coordinates
• Maintain a proper database of drawings ensuring the necessary information is available when required
• Minimize the number of revisions and aborted works on site
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate will have:
• 5-10 years experience in building/villa projects
• BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
• Very hardworking, resourceful, team player and self-motivated
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skill
• Strong sense of responsibility and desire to get things done properly
