JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Safely drive the CEO to and from office, meetings, events, and personal appointments as required.
• Plan routes in advance to optimize travel time and avoid traffic delays.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled at all times.
• Handle parking, tolls, and other driving-related tasks efficiently.
• Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and documents when necessary.
• Run errands and deliver documents or packages as instructed by the CEO.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing or repairs.
• Keep a log of travel details, expenses, and mileage.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding CEO’s conversations, plans, and personal matters.
• Ensure security of the CEO during travel and identify potential safety risks.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic rules and city routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
• Time management and punctuality.
Requirements:
• Valid and clean driver’s license.• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably for senior management or C-level executives.
Salary:
AED
2,700 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
