Job Description

- Responsible for all operational aspects at Novotel/Adagio Aparthotel Abu Dhabi.
- Ambassador of the hotel management and main point of contact with in-house guests.
- Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
- Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through
- Conveys the brand and hotel image through his/her irreproachable attitude
- Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service.



- Bachelor degree level in hospitality
- Equivalent previous experience
- Computer literate in the Windows environment, PMS, Tars, Opera, Macros with an aptitude for new technologies
- Business English, third language would be a plus
