Ead Waiter/Waitress (Maitre D') up to 6.9k Aed for a Casual Dining Restaurant in AUH
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in overall dining experience, including room service and buffet services, supervising waiting staff, welcoming guests and assigning tables to them, taking reservations, and ensuring that guests are satisfied
- Ensure the correct protocol is followed at the start and end of the shift
- Monitor the organisation and distribution of tasks in accordance with current internal procedures and regulations
- Maintain good teamwork within the department (kitchen/dining room)
- Train or supervise the training of new employees
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Head Waiter/Waitress (Maitre D')
- SALARY: up to 6,930 AED all-inclusive, depending on years of experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant and Lounge
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join by 12th December 2019
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or any related certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in a Casual Dining Restaurant
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to accommodate tasks and people
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good Leadership and time management skills
