JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading regional provider of corporate training and learning solutions is expanding its Business Development team in Dubai and is seeking ambitious, motivated early career professionals to launch or accelerate their career in B2B sales and client engagement within the training sector.
As an Early Career Sales Executive, you will support the sales and business development function by generating leads and engaging prospective clients across the UAE, KSA and wider GCC. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate sales, cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach, CRM management, and direct interaction with regional and multinational clients, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in commercial roles.
You will work closely with senior sales colleagues to research and identify target organisations, conduct outbound outreach to establish initial interest, maintain accurate CRM records, and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and client communications. You will also support booking meetings and demos and contribute ideas to drive team sales growth and client engagement.
Requirements:
This opportunity is suited to confident, proactive candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, comfort speaking with professionals, curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Highly organised candidates with initiative and eagerness to learn will thrive in this role.The position offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to high-quality regional and multinational training projects within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
