Early Career Trainee - GE90/GP MEA contract analyst

Essential Responsibilities:

- Act as contract analyst to review and validate EEMC (Emirates Engineering Maintenance Center) GE90 invoices ensuring appropriate payments within the contractual 30 days.
- Aside from the above steps, the project manager will be responsible to:
- Support senior risk manager on actualization projects:

• Extract and combine financial data according to newly designed template
• Coordinate with CPMs detailed costs analysis on quarterly basis
• Provide overall meaningful summaries and actions needed
• Coordinate monthly regional status updates

- Provide analytical support enable the identification and prioritization of process improvement opportunities.
- Support projects to continuously develop and improve the capabilities of our shared services organization.
- Develop and maintain a robust operating rhythm to ensure strong stakeholder communication and coordination internally and with EEMC.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelors qualification or equivalent knowledge or operations experience. Some GE project management work experience is a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal / relationship management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques, including Microsoft excel skills
- Clear thinker, strong process mindset. Must be able to demonstrate pro active leadership and initiative.
