JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Manage eCommerce function end-to-end.
• Manage existing eCommerce sites and brand shops on marketplaces. Onboard new brands on marketplaces and own ecommerce sites.
• Launch, optimize and maintaining product listings using best practices on marketplaces as well as own eCommerce site.
• Inventory alert management and shipment plan troubleshooting for inventory replenishment.
• Marketplace Ads & Marketing Management.
• File cases with Marketplace support, troubleshooting issues including reinstatements.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, specifically online eCommerce marketplaces in the UAE & GCC.
• Lead regular contact with customers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Understand business needs, objectives, goals, product mix, and sales strategy and define actions accordingly.
• Generate sales and KPI reports and scorecards, including analysis and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex catalog issues that inhibit sales performance

REQUIREMENTS

• eCommerce Marketplace Knowledge in the MENA Region. Ideally from FMCG, Luxury, Skin Care background.
• Experience of managing end to end eCommerce operations on own sites as well as on all key GCC marketplaces - listing/selling FMCG/Luxury/Skin Care products & brands on top Marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Mumz World, First Cry, Ounass.
• Understanding and experience of managing own eCommerce (ideally Shopify site). Able to develop new Shopify stores from scratch. Fully knowledgeable and experienced with Shopify.
• Highly organized and capable of priority setting
• Process-driven with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
• Results-oriented - meets and exceeds goals, proactive communicator that is very bottom-line results-focused.
• Focuses on what's important; quickly zeroes in on critical tasks to be completed while leaving secondary, less important tasks for later.
• Collaborative problems solver that works well with team members and supports peers
• Ability to learn on-the-go & quickly add value to the overall business.
• Understanding of digital and social media marketing that drives eCommerce on marketplaces as well as own eCommerce sit.
• Complete grasp of SEO/SEM on marketplaces such as Amazon.
