Electrical BIM Modeler - 6 Month Contract

Our Tier 1 MEP Contracting client has a new requirement for 2 number experienced Electrical BIM Modelers to join their team in Dubai at prestigious new project in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have a proven background as an Electrical BIM Modeler on major 5* Hospitality and High Rise projects in the UAE and have worked in the capacity of BIM Modeler for a Main Contracting company.

This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 6 Month Contract as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed electrical BIM models based on design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate and integrate electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines within the BIM environment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE-specific electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of electrical models and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes between electrical systems and other building components.
- Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models for presentations and project reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software tools and industry trends to improve modeling techniques and efficiency.
- Adhere to company and client-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
