JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all electrical site works including power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and cable pulling as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with DEWA, SEWA, ADDC regulations and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other engineering disciplines for smooth execution.
Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with the design and planning teams.
Prepare daily reports, track material usage, and verify work as per ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).
Assist in testing and commissioning and support final handover documentation.
Ensure site safety and adherence to all HSE protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical systems in MEP contracting
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial or residential projects
Familiarity with local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site coordination tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
