We are looking for an Electrical Technician (UAE Nationals) who will be undertaking a variety of tasks related to the electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and fixtures to ensure efficient operation while adhering to EHS guidelines and emphasizing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to electrical equipment breakdowns such as LV-MV motors, LV Switchboards, MCCs, plant lightings, transformers, UPS, VFD, breakers, soft starters, etc. Perform planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimal supervision.
• Identify and report abnormalities, repair or replace necessary items, re-assemble, and test equipment, leaving the working area clean.
• Assess the technical requirements of assigned jobs and select necessary tools and equipment accordingly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns/failures of plant and equipment independently or with minimal guidance.
• Utilize the computerized maintenance system (SAP) to order spare parts from the warehouse and maintain records of completed maintenance work.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
• Monitor recurring breakdowns and recommend modifications to resolve issues effectively.
• Provide plant and equipment knowledge to newly joined electricians/craft trainees and contractors to support their maintenance work.
• Contribute to improving EHS and plant & equipment performance by participating in initiatives such as 5S, Business Excellence, and Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Superior.
• Assist other departments in repairing and troubleshooting equipment as needed.

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
