Charterhouse is working with a prominent IT systems integrator that specializes in providing end-to-end solutions in the domains of storage, services, and security. Our client’s core competency lies in delivering technology competitively with a client-centric service team and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager, ELV Systems, to join their dynamic team.

The ELV Sales Manager will play a crucial role in securing ELV installation projects across defined verticals, encompassing Surveillance, Access Control, Gate Barriers, and other related IT Security Services. This techno-commercial role requires expertise in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships within commercial accounts.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales cycle, conducting building surveys, and designing systems with innovation and adaptability.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years specifically in sales/consulting within the physical and information security industry. Technical knowledge of security system design, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, ANPR, and advanced security applications is essential.

Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in account management, demonstrating the ability to provide customer-driven solutions and support. Strong documentation, presentation, and technical writing skills are crucial, along with a sales-driven mindset and the ability to meet budgeted commercial sales targets.
