Emirati Call Registration Officer up to 25k Aed for an Automotive Company in Sharjah
- POSITION: Registration Officer
- SALARY: up to 25K AED full package depending on qualifications and years of experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Automotive Company
- LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
Candidate Profile:
- Open to Emirati nationals
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Processes registration requests
- Sorting information and documents for filing according to database and record management system protocols
- Updating and modifying records
- Filing information and documents in database and record management systems
- Identifying and retrieving information and documents for users
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic and English language
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
