JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact to the Director by welcoming visitors and his managing phone line.
• Responsible for coordinating his calendar and managing email.
• Reviewing correspondence; answering questions and responding to meeting requests.
• Arranging company dinners, other team events and corporate functions.
• Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas.
• Scheduling the flights; booking other transportation; arranging hotels and meeting rooms.
• Be the main communication point with the Directors team, senior company figures and international stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

The qualifications and skills that we are looking for:

• Professional spoken and written business English and Arabic communication.
• Meeting minute taking and document translation.
• Decision making and multitasking skills.
• Performs well under pressure.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills.

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in the UAE with at least 5 years experience assisting a senior manager, be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and approachable demeanour.
