JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Emirati Retail Development Programme is designed to provide ambitious High School Graduates a successful career in retail.
This programme will give you a very focused & structured learning experience. You will be assigned a coach to support you throughout the programme and you will benefit from trainings that are delivered by experts of the Chalhoub Retail Academy. You could also undergo an extensive course for developing your English language skills that will compliment your work experience. Regular feedback and reviews will ensure that you get the best out of the programme to put you on the right track and to accompany you in your development.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive and ambition to grow in our Group and in the retail industry. We seek for people who have the ability to demonstrate the Chalhoub Group values of Respect, Excellence and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Passion for luxury in the beauty, fashion and gifts sectors is also welcome – after all you will be exposed to some of the finest brands in the world.
Once your application is received, you will be contacted by our recruitment team who will assess the application. If successful, you will be invited to a 1.5-day training to prepare for the final interview & selection process.
