JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Emirati Workshop Supervisor up to 25k Aed for an Automotive Company in Sharjah
- Responsible and accountable for supervising the workshop staff on a daily basis
- Knowledgeable of Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
- Ensure sufficient maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the department
- Ensure that the area is adequately staffed to achieve objectives and that technicians are supplied with the necessary equipment to perform the required tasks
- Provide advice and technical assistance to team members
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
- SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Automotive Company
- WORK LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Preferably EMIRATI candidates
- Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive or any relevant course
- Minimum 2 experience in supervising and managing a team
- With Fleet Maintenance background
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership skills
