JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endocrinology Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of endocrine disorders, providing expert medical care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients. The Endocrinology Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of endocrine care within our organization and the community at large.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and management of patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, metabolic disorders, and reproductive endocrine issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a similar role, preferably in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of endocrine disorders and the latest treatment modalities.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Experience in conducting clinical research and a track record of publications in reputable medical journals is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
Salary:
AED
60,000 to 90,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
