Administer and control departments functional responsibilities.
Fulfill committee schedule. Actively participate in business development & marketing.
Develop joint venture Consortium with reputed GES Contractors as needed.
Liaison with reputed Overseas Process Licensors/Know-How Providers in order to achieve and enhance companys participation in prospective EPC Contracts.
Guide/assist Marketing/Business Development & QA/QC in preparation of Technical Bid, Pre-Qualification Documents.
Provide support to Estimation, review and evaluate tender documents/ITB Packages, examine value engineering.
Provide guidance for specialized system for potential cost saving.
Guide and recommend for techno-economic viability with internal resources.
Develop Engineering Planning & Control Scheme, prepare Engineering Work Schedule.
Develop Project Control Reporting System. Execute Front End/Detailed for LSTK/EPC Contracts with internal resources.
Co-ordinate /control & monitor engineering activities of GES sub-contractors as applicable.
Interact with client and fulfill commitment.
Provide technical support for all engineering activities within the organization.
Actively participate in project executing activities right from Kick-Off until Handling Over including trouble shooting and provide necessary Technical Link support as necessary.
Provide Close Out/Turn-Over reports with recommendation/guidance for the improvement.
Co-ordinate and provide technical assistance and guidance to Project Management Office, Resource Management Department in order to benefit project economics and achieve project targets.
